State Power Investment Corp. (SPIC), in partnership with PowerChina, has completed the construction of a massive power generation project spanning 44 square kilometers of water surface. The facility was built in five phases, with PowerChina providing engineering, procurement, and construction services throughout the project.

Unlike ground mounted Agrivoltaic System, the Aquaculture PV is based on water, with more complicated egineering and contruction difficulties, the project is among the largest of its kind in the world and will play a key role in meeting China's rising energy demands. The facility includes a number of power generation units, including hydroelectric and thermal power plants, as well as solar and wind power facilities. These units will be capable of producing clean and sustainable energy to power millions of homes and businesses throughout China.
Construction of the massive facility was a complex undertaking, requiring advanced engineering expertise and cutting-edge technology. The project's success underscores the deep expertise of both SPIC and PowerChina in the field of energy generation.
With the completion of this ambitious project, China is taking yet another step towards reducing its dependence on fossil fuels and embracing a more sustainable energy future. By harnessing the power of water, the sun, and the wind, the country is laying the groundwork for a cleaner and more prosperous future for all its citizens.
