At the end of April 2024, Raysol Energy and it`s local partner has sucessfully commissioned 1MW 1MWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) in Karimun, Indonesia, which is the biggest Hybrid PV System on the island.
The whole system designed with 3840pcs of 545w bifacial solar panels, with special anti-corrosion treatment alumium PV Mounting Systems for island environment, connecting to 2 sets of 500kw hybrid inverter working in parallel and 1080kwh 1C discharging storage battery.
With the 1st phase 1MW 1MWh system sucessfully commissioned, the 2nd step of 3MW 3MWh extension is already in progress, expected to start in one month.
Raysol Energy and its local partner aiming at bringing more green power to Karimun island in the coming years, not only limited by solar storage system, biomass and hydrogen are also being planed for the coming phases.
